A $149 delivery line applies when merchandise is below $4,000. It is included at or above that merchandise threshold, calculated before the welcome reduction. The chair and any selected accessories are itemised separately, and the complete total is presented before submission.
Before an arrangement is confirmed
Measure the full access route as well as the room. A doorway reading alone does not establish that a large chair can be moved through turns, stairs or a lift. The order screen records a selection and delivery information but does not assign a date or an installation service. Any timing, access or handling arrangement needs specific confirmation for the items concerned.
A return begins with a conversation
Use the order reference and chair model when describing a condition or fit concern. Contact the collection before moving or sending an item for return. Preserve the packaging where possible and wait for directions appropriate to the size and type of item. A photo can help explain the concern, but avoid including people or private information unnecessarily.
